Help with Log In

1. I forgot my Password. What should I do?
2. I can't Log In. Why is this happening?

1. I forgot my Password. What should I do?
No problem, just answer one simple question and we will e-mail your password to you. Note, passwords and emails are case-sensitive.

  1. Select the "I forgot my password" link.
  2. Enter your email address then click the "Submit" button.
  3. To verify your identity; you'll be prompted with your password reminder question.
  4. Answer the question. Select the "Submit" button, and you'll be e-mailed your password.
  5. Once you receive the e-mail with your password, come back and use it to log in.

2. I can't Log In. Why is this happening?

  1. If you have not registered with ArtsOpportunities, you won't be able to log into the "For Opportunity Posters" section. 
  2. Are you using the correct email and password? If you forgot your password, please select "I Forgot my Password" for instructions. If you've forgotten your email address,  contact us to set up a new one. Note, passwords and emails are case-sensitive.
  3. Your browser must be setup to accept cookies. In Microsoft Internet Explorer these settings can be changed through the Tools: Internet Options menu (on a PC) or the Preferences menu (on a Mac). In Netscape these setting can be changed through the Edit: Preferences menu of your browser for both PC and Mac.
  4. JavaScript must be enabled. These settings can be changed via the Tools: Internet Options menu or Edit: Preferences menu of your browser.
